We serve a constantly changing tasting menu, which is mainly based on seasonal avaibility.

- Amuse bouche -
Kohlrabi, yuzu, fish sauce
Seabass, thai basil, fermented radish
Summer roll, chicken, tamarind sauce
Shrimp, batata, black rice, curry
Beef Top Blade, shiitake, topinambur
Pork consomé, bonito, pork dumpling
Tapioca pie, longan, nashi, peanut crumble

* Please be aware that vegetarian version has to be ordered through your reservation.
*Some dishes in vegetarian menu may contain insignificant amount of fish sauce.

Stěhujeme se do paláce Dunaj v ulici Národní 10. Momentálně probíhá stavba a plánované dokončení je na přelomu roku. Platnost voucherů se automaticky prodlužuje o dobu, kdy budeme zavření (tzn. od 31.5.2024)
